Welcome to The Brand Makers Academy! Please carefully read the following terms
and conditions before accessing our services.
By enrolling in or using any of the services provided by The Brand Makers Academy
(“Academy,” “we,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions
outlined below
1.1 To enroll in our Academy, you must complete the registration process and provide
accurate, current, and complete information.
1.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and
for all activities that occur under your account.
1.3 Once enrolled, the course access is strictly limited to the original participant and may not
be reassigned to any third party.
1.4 Enrolling in a course is a commitment to complete it and pay full fees.
The application form (digital/physical) confirms your acceptance of our terms.
2.1 All course content, including but not limited to lectures, materials, and resources, is the
intellectual property of The Brand Makers Academy and is protected by copyright laws.
2.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, display, or otherwise use the course content for any
commercial purpose without the express written consent of The Brand Makers Academy.
3.1 You agree to abide by a code of conduct that promotes a positive and respectful learning
environment for all participants.
3.2 Harassment, discrimination, or any form of disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated,
and The Brand Makers Academy reserves the right to terminate your access to the services
for violation of this code.
3.3 Admission stands cancelled if a student doesn't report for LIVE sessions for more than
15 days and no refund of fees is permissible.
-Always communicate using your registered mobile number and email
-Keep your camera ON during Live Sessions.
-Post defamatory or false content on social media or otherwise.
-Misuse or duplicate copyrighted or proprietary materials.
4.1 Tuition fees and payment terms are outlined during the enrolment process. By enrolling,
you agree to pay all applicable fees in a timely manner.
4.2 Refund policies, if any, will be communicated separately and must be adhered to.
4.3 Prices and offers are subject to change without notice.
4.4 We aim for accurate pricing but are not liable for pricing errors due to human or technical issues.
4.5 Check your total amount, taxes, shipping charges, and discounts before completing
payment.
5.1 Our Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal
information. By using our services, you consent to the terms outlined in our Privacy Policy.
5.2 We do not sell or share your personal data with third-party marketers.
5.3 We may share data with the government or authorized partners when legally required.
5.4 We use secure systems to store your data but cannot guarantee absolute protection.
6.1 The Brand Makers Academy reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the services for violation of these terms or any applicable laws.
7.1 The Brand Makers Academy reserves the right to update or modify these terms and
conditions at any time. Updates will be effective upon posting on our website.
7.2 We may update terms, curriculum, or trainers without prior notice. Continued use
implies acceptance of these changes.
We are not responsible for service disruptions caused by events beyond our control (natural
disasters, pandemics, etc.).
9.1 Platform use is at your own risk. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or
error-free performance.
9.2 We are not liable for damages (direct, indirect, or consequential) arising from use or
misuse of the platform or courseware.
In the event any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable under the
applicable laws as specified under Governing Law and Jurisdiction section, the remaining
provisions shall continue in full force and effect, and the Agreement shall be deemed to be
reformed by replacing such invalidated or unenforceable provision with a valid and
enforceable provision that gives effect as closely as possible to the intentions of the parties as
expressed by the invalidated or unenforceable provision.
The Content may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be
complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or
omissions and to change or update the Content at any time without prior notice. We do not,
however, guarantee that any errors, inaccuracies or omissions will be corrected.
The academy doesn’t encourage classes on public holidays. However, when there is any
special case the classes will be held by informing the students earlier.
12.1 No classes or support will be available on national public holidays unless informed
otherwise.
12.2 In case a class is postponed due to unavoidable circumstances, it will be rescheduled
and students will be notified.
Certification will be awarded only to students who have maintained a minimum of 80%.
14.1 While there is flexibility in online learning, students are expected to attend scheduled
sessions regularly.
14.2 In case of medical or personal emergencies, students must notify the academy in
writing.
Personal information submitted on our platforms will be used to provide you with relevant
information specifically agreed by you. Your express consent is obtained for using your
contact information to communicate with you through various channels, including electronic
mail, SMS, WhatsApp, and RCS (Rich Communication Services).
These communications may include but are not limited to:
- Course updates and learning content
- Reminders and notifications relevant to your enrolled programs
- Promotional offers, new course launches, and updates on educational resources
- Feedback and support-related messages
We are committed to keep our communication meaningful and relevant to your up-skilling
journey. However, if you do not want these communications, you can unsubscribe to receive
these communications anytime by clicking on the “unsubscribe” button.
All fees paid are non-refundable under any circumstances. Once a student confirms
enrollment and pays any portion of the fee, they agree to abide by this no-refund policy.
Sales are final, and The Brand Makers Academy does not provide refunds for any products
or services purchased through our website or in-person.
